I'm not bitter but let's say shocked and very taken back by this supposed professionals behavior. Dentist aren't really accountable to anyone, typically they have a private practice and can tell you to go fly a kite if they want to and there's nobody to really complain to other than leave reviews to inform others .Avoid this guy! Very unprofessional and arrogant. It's like he runs a used car lot. I'm as easy going as they come being in the Healthcare field myself and I was floored by how he disrespected my questioning of a Crown prep that I need performed. I simply was trying to explain that I had a root canal performed 2 weeks ago and I need to get prepped for a permanent crown. Apparently he took issue with me (the consumer) asking his receptionist questions and also explaining that I don't want all of the other services that they were wanting to do. He jumped on the phone without even giving me a chance and told men to find someone else.. lol what a pro! AVOID
