Dr. Michael Edwards, DDS

Wow, I’ve seen Dr. Edwards in the past, and no problem, he and his staff have been good, and I’ve always paid my bill promptly; however, on my latest visit he demanded to be paid before extracting my tooth. I informed him I had a check and or credit card, plus insurance. His reaction caught me off guard, plus there are No signs posted, payment due prior to dental work. So, I paid the $350.00. He continued to be nasty, as he was pulling my tooth I indicated I felt pain, he did not stop so the technician asked him if he knew what I was saying,”No, and I don’t ?. I’ve never seen or heard Dr. Edwards speak like that, I was shocked. I have referred others to him, and praised him and his staff, but Never again! Concerned, I contacted his office about my experience and nobody contacted me. I won’t return.

My hygienist Terri, always makes the check up visits timely and comfortable. I have appreciated their service and care for quite a few years. Thank you Dr. Edwards and your team.

Overall great experience. I was always greeted by name and seated on time. Dr . Edwards spent time explaining everything and his staff is professional and knowledgable.

Dr. Edwards and his team created trust and build a partnership with me and my family to make sure I was comfortable every step of my treatment. His team took time to answer all of my questions and were always accessible. The team made sure to work with primary dentist, making it so much easier for me! Not to mention, all of my treatment was pain free! I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or team!
