Didn’t want to have to leave this review and will happily remove it if Damrow is willing to make the situation right. Fiancé went in last Tuesday for a tooth removal. After the removal she was advised that a root tip still remained but that there was a 99.9% chance it would not cause an issue. Over the next couple of days she experienced worse-than-normal pain and contacted Damrow with concerns, requesting to be seen again. They opted not to see her, instead asking her to try to take pictures of the incision point with her phone. On Friday the pain was so unbearable that she demanded to be seen by Damrow. Instead of seeing her, they advised that she needed emergency oral surgery at a different business to have the root tip removed from her sinus, as it infiltrated the sinus and caused infection. Along with that came a $4500 bill. The surgeon called Damrow and said they left my fiancé in a really crappy position. Still in excrutiating pain several days later with no end in sight.

I don't know what to say really. I'm 50 and have a severe case of white coat syndrome. I had not been to a dentist in years and discovered Doctor Mike. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome he and his staff are! We are moving soon but will try to drive the 8 hours back to Neenah to have him take care of my dental needs.

I was nervous about going to the dentist after not having been there for years. I had a good experience here. My check up was painless and after a good cleaning I lost the discomfort that I had between a couple lower teeth. Highly recommend!
