Overly friendly and under deliverable. Procedures are being outsourced with a team irresponsible that don't have the required training to do the job. They placed a grey capped tooth in the front of my mouth that looks like a temporary cap. I get asked about this cap every time i visit the dental assistants.

After waiting 45 minutes at 2 visits - never an apology or explanation. The dentist has the dental assistant doing work he should be doing with crowns. She was clearly not skilled or even careful, and banged equipment off my teeth over and over. Despite I asked she no longer work on my teeth, they sent her back in on the next visit. The office staff talked down to me and were dismissive. They did not show any respect whatsoever when I asked questions, and talked down to me. I am used to such unprofessional behavior.

I went to the Dental Associates of Boca Raton for routine cleaning and X-rays. During the process, the hygienist was extremely aggressive while cleaning the bottom right side, to the point that I was concerned that what she was doing was not normal. She said there was an extra amount of build-up in that area. After leaving the dentist office, I could feel that something was not right. Food began to accumulate in that area when it never had before. It was very difficult to keep clean, even with floss. There was also a constant throb. I called to report the problem and returned for another x-ray and an examination. Dr. Costabile confirmed that I had a broken filling and wanted to charge my insurance for the repair, and me a $127 out-of-pocket estimate. I objected stating that I should not have to pay for the hygienist’s incompetency. I cancelled all future appointments as I can no longer trust the judgement or integrity of Dr. Costabile.
