Rushed and unprofessional office atmosphere. Barely spent a couple minutes with the dentist during a routine cleaning. It was my first and last visit with Genesis Dental. I was very disappointed in the service and won't be returning. Especially since they (hygienist and office receptionsist) claim polishing teeth and flossing are not part of a routine cleaning. But had no problem charging my insurance the full amount for the routine cleaning visit. The hygienist also convinced me to do use some $20 laser on my gums which she said were inflamed. This was a unnecessary treatment. After I left I remembered they forgot to do the polish and floss. When I called the office, the excuse they gave was that my gums were inflamed and the polish/floss are not part of a routine cleaning. They asked if I could come back another time for that. No thanks.

Dr. Boyack and Genesis dental are incredible! I have had problems with dentists in the past and mistakes that have damaged my teeth but after getting work done by Dr. Boyack I've had nothing but positive things to say. They are kind, efficient, professional and trust worthy. They are honest about you with what needs to be done and are patient if you are anxious at the dentist. I am so grateful that I found Genesis Dental and Dr. Boyack!
