I went to Dr. Blackmon to have a front tooth repaired with bonding. He came in, patted a little bit of bonding on the tooth with his finger, and left. The tooth was very rough and lumpy so I thought he would be back to smooth it and cure it with the blue light. I waited but he didn't return. When his nurse came in to dismiss me, I told her that he hadn't finished and she relayed that message to him. She returned and said that he said that he was done. I had to have another dentist finish it.

Dr. Blackmon did a filling on me that was much worse and deeper than expected. He took his time and talked me through the entire process. The shot was completely painless as well- much appreciated since I hate shots! He was happy to answer my questions both in the office and when I contacted him after about it! I would highly reccommend Dr. Blackmon and his staff

I really like Dr. Blackmon! His staff are very friendly and they never run behind. I broke a tooth which left a nerve exposed and I was able to see him the next despite not being a patient of his. I've been with him ever since and have not been disappointed!

Does not have a good bedside manner. Does not ask questions; and hurries in and out. Doesn't give adequate anesthetic
