Dr. Aiello and Garden State Dentists staff are good with customers. However the office staff provided me with the wrong information. I told the office staff I was new to Delta Dental Insurance! The office staff called Delta Dental Insurance and said the crown I needed would be covered 50% by Delta Dental Insurance. It was not, and now I have to pay the amount insurance was to pay and no apology. The office manager said she had no time to discuss the matter. I have made arrangements to change dentists.

He extracted 2 teeth that were abscessed. I have had over 25 yrs. of dental work done at UMDN J - he was the absolute best! Cannot recommend him enough.

Twice now I've tried to make an appointment and twice customer service was horrid. I'm super disappointed as I really wanted Dr. Aiello to do my procedure but office staff is just as important as the doctors, especially when facing big dental issues, and Garden State
Needless to say I won't be rescheduling at Garden State Dental has a horrid office staff!

A coat hanger placed in the waiting room would be a nice convenience for the patients instead of leaving them on chairs. This will also provide seating for more patients.

Dr Aiello has been my dentist for approx 10 years. He always explains what needs to be done and never suggests unnecessary work. I have recommended him to others and they are equally satisfied. In addition, the staff is great--especially Kathy (hygenist).
