We love coming to Dr Packard. Him and his staff are always friendly. The appointments are always on time. If I had more than one kid that needed braces we would be back!

Several members of our family have been to Dr. Packard for treatment, and we have all had a great experience. We highly recommend him and are extremely satisfied with the outcome - our smiles! The kindness and care we have felt from him and the staff truly make it a great place to go. Dr. Packard is also very knowledgable and treats all his patients with respect and professionalism.

Every time I come into the office I am greeted warmly and welcomed to the office. The wait time for our appointment is very very short. The staff and Doctor are very careful, experienced, professional and kind to myself and my children.

Dr. Packard sadly refers his young patients who have wisdom teeth still in the bone, to have them extracted by his brother in law who is not an oral surgeon, Dr. Erick Mack is not a DDS MD. He does not have a license to sedate/ put under anesthesia - it took me asking FIVE times for his qualifications, and FIVE times Dr. Packard and his staff inferred falsely that Dr. Mack was a qualified Oral Surgeon. Sad that most people wouldn't know to ASK until certain.
