He did a surgical procedure on me and worked on both my sister and my mother. There was minimal numbing, and absolutely no pain after. I barely even felt the needle when he went to numb me. He explained exactly what I would feel and exactly what he was doing, so I was not panicked like I usually am. His hands feel really steady, and when I looked at the stiches he put in my mom's mouth they looked almost exactly symmetrical. He's straightforward and educated.
