'I am writing to express my acknowledgement for the outstanding experience Doctor Dean provided to myself. In this day of “patient service” one can only hope that the experience will meet expectations. Unfortunately, most often I have found this not to be the case. This is especially true in my experiences when dealing with the health care community as a whole. Doctor Dean underscores and clearly defines what PREMIER patient service is and should be. Her attention to detail and most importantly her communication and excellent people skills clearly sets the experience apart from others I have visited. From the scheduling, the procedure itself and the after care was outstanding.
