All my life I have been plagued with endless ear jokes from family and friends. My ears would stick out like Alfalfa from Little Rascals. This is no longer the case. After a few hours of surgery, I am very happy with my transformation. I was reticent about undergoing surgery in general. During the consultation, Dr. Costa took the time to explain the procedure in detail and help reduce my worry. After a few hours of surgery and a few days postop, I do not know why I had not done this before. I feel great because my ears look great and I can blend in the crowd. After consultations with other surgeons, I chose Dr. Costa based on her expertise, educational background, and ease that I felt coming out of her office. That was very important to me. The best experience. I am so happy with the results of my surgery with Dr. Melinda Costa. She really listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve during our consultation. She put me at ease throughout the entire process. She walked me through the process and was there to answer all of my questions. I felt really comfortable going into surgery with Dr. Costa. I had a rhinoplasty and my nose looks so much better and still really natural. She is a real artist, she draws faces and they look amazing. This talent carries over to her surgery. Go to her!

I highly recommend Dr. Costa. She surgically removed two cysts on my scalp, one of which was pressing on a vein and another one right above my forehead on my hairline. When I arrived at her office, I was assisted right away. I was very nervous, especially because I thought she would have to shave my hair and stitches would show above my forehead. She listened patiently to my concerns and set me at ease when she explained the procedure. I felt no pain and I was so happy when she was finished, you could not even see the stitches! And I had no more pain on the side where the large cyst was pressing.

Dr.Costa perform earlobe repairs on both of my ears, followed by re-piercings. My procedures could not have went more perfectly. I healed perfectly with minimal scarring, during the procedures I felt no pain, and all of her post-procedure education worked so well that it was hardly noticable that I had anything occur to my ears. Now being able to wear earrings again I am so thankful that I chose Dr.Costa! I will choose her for any procedure going forward. She's always very kind, pays attention to detail measuring my piercing to the tee to make sure they're equal and being available if I have any concerns. She's a people person.
