I am a 65 year-old Retired US Navy man who has had extensive dental work over the years. I would like to leave honest assessment of my first visit.The initial encounter at the dental office was marked by a welcoming atmosphere with vibrant colors and a meticulously maintained reception area. The front office staff consistently wore smiles, providing a warm introduction. Within just a few minutes of arriving I was called back by Molly, the Dental Assistant and Dental X-ray Technician, I was immediately impressed by the State of Art Equipment as she guided me to the dental chair Molly concluded a preliminary interview, and performed X-rays. Dr. Satterfield, entered, displaying professionalism and kindness, she conducted a thorough examination. The subsequent introduction to dental hygienist Justine led to the exceptionally comprehensive cleaning. Dr. Satterfield's expertise and the team's commitment to excellence warrant a commendable five-star rating, if not more.

I was sitting in a full waiting room and somebody came out to speak with me about my children's dental care. They also started discussing with me in detail my insurance and what services would be covered and also future treatment options. They did not call me back behind the desk, I felt ashamed and embarrassed. This was confidential health information and now the entire office of patients could hear that my children had two cavities and that I was choosing to put off new sealants because insurance wasn't covering it yet. Nobody should ever be put in that position.

I have been going to Dr. Satterfield for many years and I think she and her staff are the very best. They are friendly and very efficient. Dr. Satterfield is very competent and I have absolutely no complaints.

She and her staff are always first-rate. When I moved away I kept her as my dentist despite the long drive. A great dentist!
