Wasted a morning to be treated rudely by her and her assistant Janey. I overheard very offensive comments between them directed at me when they were just outside the treatment room. I just have a very painful jaw. Couldn’t care less. “Treated” is misleading as they weren’t able to actually address the tooth in severe pain—or anything! the one thing they said the could do but decided to not do that or X-rays, treatment plan, any assessment and ignored several broken teeth. A horrible experience. Have already shared this with my PCP. They should get better and competent staff. Too bad because the front desk staff was very nice but once you go in the back, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Go anywhere else if you want a dentist to simply care about you and treat you with even a little respect.
