Dr. Desai accepted my insurance for a consult but when it came time to do the work that was needed, all of a sudden she said they don't take my insurance and refused to submit for authorization. I confirmed with my insurance that she is contracted with them. She was trying to get me to pay out of pocket for services that are completely covered.
