Upselling and treatment plans just no
This dentist bought a practice in Brownstown. Very tiresome to hear every visit about a treatment plan to use every dollar of your insurance annually. Even when that means I have to pay half. No thanks. Cleanings and hygienists are fine. Dislike the constant telling me to replace fillings or fillings are leaking. Then go elsewhere, they say nothing. My insurance stopped being accepted so I left the practice. But I now recognize the constant drilling and crowning and replacing fillings and spending all my insurance. Not for the patient. They are for the $$
