I had a crown and cleaning done at Dr. DiBenedetto’s office. I am very happy with the doctor & rest of the staff. Everyone is nice & they make you feel at eased. I am so glad I found Dr. DiBenedetto & his staff & would recommend going to this office.

I've been going to Dr. Dibenedetto for many years now. His staff are all knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Dibenedetto himself takes the time to listen, and to explain exactly whats going on. He's very considerate about pain levels and tries his best to try to fix a situation instead of going to any extreme procedures. Highly recommend!

a short wait time ,knowledgeable staff with patience for older persons. Doctor explains the procedures for the the operation to be accomplished. Puts the patents at ease .I would recommend this doctor to my friends.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. DiBenedetto for several years. He is a phenomenal dentist with an incredible bedside manner. He puts his patients first and is always thorough and honest. His office and clinical staff are warm and welcoming. They always go above and beyond. I can actually say that I love going to the dentist! This is a 5 star practice.

WOW!! That sums up my experience with Dr. Mauro DiBenedetto!! He totally transformed my appearance by replacing my front teeth with crowns that look incredibly real!! I experienced zero pain. The process of designing & seating eight crowns was done in a few hours!! Not only is Dr. DiBenedetto’s work incredible, but he is a great listener, compassionate and really cared about my satisfaction. He is my “forever dentist”! His staff is amazing too! I highly recommend Dr. Mauro DiBenedetto!!

0 stars. He is a confirmed CSEA dentist and agreed to participate at their rate. I paid $1200 for a denture and later found out the insurance had already paid him. He claimed I had to pay lab fees that were not covered. CSEA assured me that they were. I also had a cleaning done in December and he billed CSEA for perioscaling. Now in January, when I needed the scaling done he submitted for approval and also told me it would cost $450. Per quad. Look for an honest dentist!

Dr. D is very thorough, professional and explains exactly what he is going to do. His friendly demeanor is relaxing for the patient to allow him to do the necessary procedures. He is what aI would call a "painless" dentist. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable in processing the necessary paper work. His dental assistants are very kind and efficient, knowledgeable with what they need to do. It is a pleasant atmosphere.

Dr. DiBenedetto was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. But more importantly, I appreciated that I wasn't being judged or criticized for not going to the dentist for years. I would like to give a big shout out to Hannah, who was super friendly and answered all my questions with ease. I will definitely be coming back every year.

On my last visit, I got a thorough but painful and messy cleaning from the new person who replaced Donna. While I'm glad she was replaced, I was hoping they would have kept Lori. The dentist was not in the office at that time, so I never got to see him. They still place WAY TOO MANY confirmation phone calls and messages. They state that they require that you call to confirm. So, if I miss the phone calls, do I lose my appointment? They should have alternate ways for patients to confirm.

Dr. DiBenedetto and his staff are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable. I've had root canals and fill-ins done by Dr. DiBenedetto that were pain free! He is the best!

I have been going to DrDibenedetto for over 10 years. I have always had a great experience up until this past year. The office has gone under a total transformation of staff (staff that were there for over 10 years dissapeared without any reason given) and they opened a new office in the hamptons. In doing so this has turned from a wonderful family practice that truly cared about their patients to a greedy business all about the money! So sad!!! FYI-Holbrook is not the Hamptons!

I cannot emphasize more strongly that this office is not trustworthy.

Dr D has a good bedside manner, puts you at ease. He thoroughly explains things. I had the pleasure of seeing a 'fill in' hygienist named Lori who filled in for Donna. Lori was neat and painless (I had a deep cleaning & didn't need to get numbing shots - just a local gel. Best experience I had getting my teeth cleaned - less painful than a regular cleaning. I hope she remains as a permanent member of the staff. Not happy about required call-back to confirm appt. Email not avail .to confirm
