She missed a root in my root canal procedure. She is a 1 person shop. Does not have the latest technology. While she offered to re-do the procedure, she was very flippant about my complaint that the tooth still did not feel right after the root canal. She also didn't want to take a 3 D XRay w/ no explanation - although I'm guessing it had something to do w cost on her end. I learned that Dr Swift actually MISSED A ROOT in the root canal procedure from another endodontist who retreated the tooth. I would highly recommend making the drive to the Center for Endodontics who took the time to thoroughly evaluate my tooth and provided many science-based options for retreatment. My tooth was finally done right

I went in today for the remainder of the root canal. Even though I was ten minutes late to my appointment, Dr. Swift was willing to see me. As with my first appointment, she did an incredibly professional job. Without the inflammation that had complicated the first procedure, it was almost completely painless, which is a rarity in dental work of any kind.
I'm not a dentist, but I've had more than my fair share of root canals (double digits, anyway). I can tell when a dentist is doing a slapdash job, and when they're being careful and through. Dr. Swift was the most careful and thorough endodontist I've ever seen, and explained to me what she was doing throughout the process so that I knew what to expect.
Here's the highest recommendation I know how to bestow: if any of my kids ever needs a root canal, I'm taking them to Dr. Swift.
Don't go to anyone else for a root canal. Dr. Swift is quite simply the best.

There is a reason for all the 5-star reviews - Dr. Swift and her team are the absolute best! Professional, competent, considerate, great manner, explain all the details, and the procedure was not bad at all. SO impressed with Dr. Swift and recommend her to everyone!
