Let me tell you thank God for Mari the receptionist I was so nervous about my visit and if my insurance was going to cover it. Mari kept me calm and took care of everything. She called my insurance company and explained to me in detail of what my insurance is going to pay and what was my portion. This whole time I didn’t think My insurance covered the visit. Mari Thank you for being my angel. She also gave me positive thoughts and helped me stay calm as I was going through my anxiety.

Dr very rude hurt my mouth in partial cleaning didn't bother apologizes and top of it told me go some where else if did not like her methods. She is so rude and disrespectful. Don't go here. I also notice other dentists that had work there don't stay long time. There always some one new that alone should tell you something .

do not use this Dr if u do not want more issues with your mouth ...went for a routine tooth extraction and was on the chair for many hours and caused damage to other teeth and refused to fix the issues , I now have to see another dentist to fix there damage!!! Dr Fraser herself is VERY RUDE ....!!!!

The one star is already too much of a rating. I know what service is and this is definitely not it. Receptionists/employees do not care at all about patients. They act as if helping patients is them going out of their way. It is their JOB. Dr. Fraser is rude and unprofessional. She will not greet you, nor discuss problems you may have or how to prevent any further damage. She spends a maximum of 5 minutes with you. The service is extremely poor along with all of those that work there. Horrible.

NEVER GO HERE!! The receptionist are very rude!! Doctors are NOT!! GOOD!! To many mistakes!!! Very long wait time I've been going here for 10 years nothing has changed now that I'm old enough I'll never go there again !! Everyone that goes there has a problem with the front desk lady's very rube and unprofessional!!! This place needs to be shut down!!

The waiting area tells you everything you need to know-this place is dirty, unkept, and unsanitary to say the least. Ridiculous wait time. Office staff are snippy. Dr. chats with assistants while doing your exam which can lead you to feel less than confident. I can't and won't recommend this business to anyone. I cannot even believe that staff and the Dr. herself are ok with the office appearance-leads one to wonder how sterile the slughtest instrument could even be. I'll not be back again.
