I called to make an appointment gave them my insurance info and asked them to verify insurance and let me know what my cost was going to be and an appointment was made. After waiting for a week or so never heard back from them so I called and asked for an update and they said they would call the morning of my appt. A young lady did call that morning to say they could not verify my insurance so I called my insurance company and with no issue verified coverage. I then asked the insurance co to call they did and they even spoke to Dr. Tyson himself. At this point, I called back to the office and was told my coverage was still unable to verify insurance. So after no contact for a week or so I called and spoke to Diana who said even after my insurance company called them they were still not able to verify. Diana then said she would personally call my insurance company after several phone calls back and forth she tells me I only have accidental insurance, of which is not even an option t
