Dr. Matthew Lochetto, DMD

This guy is a doozy. I called the insurance company to verify my out of pocket. I conferred with the office to verify with them my out of pocket. All is well. I’m in the waiting room and the Dr. demanded that I pay everything up front in full because he is afraid that he won’t get paid by the insurance company. Note to doctor, if you don’t like the insurance plan, don’t accept it and save everybody’s valuable time.

Appointments with this man are the WORST I have ever experienced. As a future healthcare provider, I would never ever EVER treat people the way he does. His work skills may be decent, but his personality and lack of empathy is extraordinary. He has no respect or patience for anyone and has instilled fear of dentists in me. Skill is not the only important aspect of being a doctor- understanding anxiety and not making your patients feel like a complete idiot is probably a good characteristic to have. DO BETTER.

This was my first time having a root canal and the staff and Dr. Lochetto made it easy. I was in a lot pain and they got me quickly, informed me of every detail and treated my tooth infection professionally. I have visited a lot of dentist in my life and find Dr. Lochetto to be a kind, gentle and professional. After meeting him, he explained every step of the procedure which gave me comfort and feeling I was in good hands even after he explained the worse scenario. After the treatment, he gave me confidence that all went well and I would not lose the tooth. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends and anyone reading this looking for an Endodontist.

They cancelled my appointment the afternoon before and it was a reschedule of another one they cancelled. After they told me they didn't take the insurance that they told me they DID take. The doctor "wouldn't take my call and the office manager "was off" that day. Rude staff, unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I didnt feel comfortable, and found another doctor. Seems uptight and defensive. He could be brilliant, but no bedside manner at all.

I can not thank Dr Lochetto enough for taking me in as an emergency root canal during this pandemic we are currently going through. Of course I was scared for all kinds of reasons but the doc was very reassuring. He explained everything in detail that was going to happen and asked me several times if I had any questions. He was so very gentle and pain free. Can't thank him and May enough for their assistance.

Doctor was very thorough in telling me why I needed a root canal. Office staff was very nice and helped with paperwork and even printed me my insurance benefits and copay. I was very happy that the doctor kept me pain free since I was very nervous.

I had the most wonderful visit with Dr. Lochetto and his assistant May. He explained everything he was going to do as he was doing it. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and most importantly - he was pain free. I literally didn't even feel the needles because they used numbing cream first. I would highly recommend Dr. Lochetto

Dr Lochetto, Do you really think patients would leave their names on public websites. Do you understand anything about privacy concerns? You are responding here and questioning reviewer's identity whereas when patients are trying to contact you directly you refuse to speak with them. There is no staff to answer. How else do you think people would get answers?

This man has the worst bedside manner ever. He didn't introduce himself when he came in, and proceeded to ask me what I thought about my predicament as if I was to blame for everything happening. I didn't understand his explanations, thought I was having a root canal, and was sent home with instructions stating I had root canal, only to find out I didn't have one. So insensitive and not a caring bone in this man's body. Stay away!!

Horrible, should had honestly listen to all the reviews before I had made an appointment. The service is horrible and someone had road somewhere that the tag on all these charges 100% true stay away if you can

worst dentist I ever met. I had infection after root canal treatment. He didnt explain anything BUT accused me burned my teeth! Bad attitude,.he wouldn't listen to patient's questions at all. Nerver bother to see this doctor.

was referred for emergency root canal that AM by my dentist --after I paid and got 2nd set of xrays Dr L came in announced I needed a root canal (???) dumbfounded and in pain Iwas handed off to assistant: "nothing can be done until you take these antibiotics for 2 weeks"--next day I went elsewhere for my root canal which went smoothly-- no infection --had to keep taking the antibiotics anyway since I'd started- oh and the exam room chair had a big rip that was covered with packing tape :(

They didn't complete my root canal in first visit . Told me to come back. Next available appointment was 3 weeks later. Friday afternoon they called me to cancel my Monday appointment because insurance hasn't paid them yet.when I called insurance they told me doctor hasn't sent proper paperwork. To keep my appointment- I had to pay in advance cash for the total appointment, otherwise they won't complete my rct . Then they told me different amount I have to pay then initial .

He was the most caring, warm, and wonderful dentist I have ever been associated with and I would come back to him for all of my root canals. I just wish he could do all of my dentistry for me, my family, my co workers, my friends, and anyone else that I tell how wonderful that this dentist is, I recommend him with my highest grades possible.
