Dr. Mathew Carew, DMD

We recently had an experience with Dr. Carew's office for our little one who needed anesthesia for a dental procedure. This office is extremely unorganized, rude and entitled. They would not tell us what type of anesthesia she would be receiving, Gas or IV, nor give an estimate of their service but expected full payment 24 hours before service was to be done. They called at all hours of the day and night, including early mornings and late evenings trying to see if we had questions. Full payment was in the thousands, and without proper notice, there was no way we could come up with that kind of money. They offered no payment plan nor did they offer an alternative for us to get treatment for our child. Hence, we could not go forward with the surgery and she is still in pain. We have nowhere to turn. And what's more, our Pediatric Dentist's office doesn't seem to care either. If you have to get anesthesia for your child, I would seriously consider another option than this practice.
