Horrible attitude

I saw her at an office in weymouth, Ma. She did a root canal and while doing it she hit two of my front teeth with one of the tools. When I went out to my car I saw that both teeth had broken on the corner where she hit. I went back in and she said that never happened, called me a liar, accused me of being rude, all while I'm standing there with tears running down my face blown away by her behavior in front of a full office of people. Mistakes happen and I wasn't upset, just wanted it fixed. Own up to your mistake.
