Dr. Mary Hollis, DDS

Dr. Mary Ann Hollis is an EXCEPTIONAL dentist! I had 4 cavities, and was apprehensive of going to the dentist, as I was afraid of the pain. It's hard to find a good dentist you like and can trust, but honestly believe me, I feel that Dr. Hollis is a Magical Dentist - she is AMAZING. She worked on my cavities and I was Very comfortable throughout the whole time in the chair. She explains what she will do at the start and continues to inform me what to expect as she works in addition to frequently asking how I'm doing and kept me very comfortable. I was amazed and fully put my trust in Dr. Hollis expertise, technique and professionalism to take care of my teeth. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Hollis!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hollis for several years. I used to hate dentists. I’ve now had extensive dental work through Dr. Hollis, and she is fantastic. Very conscious of pain maintenance, so I experience pain-free dental work, which I NEVER experienced previously. I now have NO fear going to the dentist, as Dr. Hollis is THE BEST!

Dr. Hollis is so kind and caring. I went to her after seeing the amazing job she did restoring a friend of mine's teeth. She really listens to her patients and tried to help them and do what they want. She is informative and helps you to understand your options and shares what she thinks is the best plan. She does not try to rip you off, but tells you if there is a less expensive way to accomplish your desired results. When the bonding of my teeth did not come out the way I'd wanted them to and when chipping of the bonding occurred, she worked with me until the issues were resolved. I came in an additional 6 times in which we worked on my teeth and was not charged any extra for these additional visits. She really wanted me to be happy with my teeth and was willing to go the extra mile to help me get a smile I was comfortable and happy with.

Dr. Hollis has been awesome. She really has gotten me to not fear dentistry any more. And she does really, really good work. She also sees my wife and fixed her front teeth. It's really great to see her smile confidently again. Thanks Dr. Hollis!

Dr. Hollis has been my dentist since 2005. She is the very best. She will clearly explain to you any procedure that she feels is necessary. I would highly recommend her.

After trying several dentists in the area, nothing compares to Grove. The waiting area is very comfortable with all of the amenities. The staff goes above and beyond customer service. Dr. Hollis and her staff, especially Alyssa, are always professional and concerned with their patients welfare. I am moving out of the area and am sad that I won't be able to have Dr. Hollis and Grove Dental as my families dentists. Grove Dental in Lombard has been our dental provider for almost 20 years and their entire staff has always been accommodating, trustworthy and professional. We will miss them.

This in my 2nd review for Dr. Hollis-1st written late Aug '16 after I was 1st treated by her & very favorably impressed. Have seen her a few more times for filings & other work. I continued to be pleased/impressed with Dr. Hollis. At my visit with her today, I was very grateful & impressed that the appliance she ordered for me was even more comprehensive than I thought it would be. She is very pro-active, while conservative, in recommending treatment for me. Keeps in mind my budget & needs
