Great job with team of great people.

horrible. every single time they interrogate you, are rude to you, and try to pressure you into getting more work than you need. i went today and they gave me a deep cleaning WITHOUT telling me, after they said they were just doing a “regular cleaning”. then charged me $57 as i tried walking out because i got a “deep cleaning” that i wasn’t aware of. don’t even tell you that they’re doing work that will cost extra until after, and then gaslight you into saying “yes you did agree”. my mom was also present for her own appointment and when asking the receptionist about my copay, they all got defensive and started screaming at her. then dr. basil himself who didn’t even see me that day came out of his office and screamed at her and told her to get out. he even lied and said he saw me that day. got a refund so that’s how you know he knows he was wrong.

I do not write bad reviews, this is the first one in 5 years. When I needed a cavity filled he shoved cotton in my mouth. I had to stop him a few times because I thought that I was choking. When I stopped him the third time he basically kicked me out of his office and told me not to come back to his office unless I need it for basic cleaning. To go to a dentist that can give me gas so I can tolerate basic cavity filling. I went to another dentist and I was fine on the first try. When I first arrived at his office there was a man outside holding a sign saying stay away beware. I wish I listened to him. I needed a little more time and patients from him. But he was about the time and the money clearly.

Never got the opportunity to meet Dr Basil due to repeated scheduling errors by the staff. I booked an appointment on Zocdoc which I found out was cancelled by the office the day prior to my appointment. After a very confusing phone call with the receptionist, she was able to set up an appointment for a future date. I called to see if I could change the time of the said appointment and was told there was no record of my appointment or of my information, which I submitted online and over the phon

Dr. Bassil is the best at what he does!

Bridgewater Family Dental is one of the best groups I have ever been to. When my original dentist retired I didn't know where to go so I decided to give the new dental group that took over a try. Best move I ever made. They have all of the latest technology and the staff is so friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. You will love it there.

I went with Dr. Basille because of insurance. I am quite satisfied with Dr. Basille's family practice so far (over a year). It appears to be a very efficient operation. They send an e-mail and call you to remind you of an appointment. They almost always see me within minutes of when I walk in for a scheduled appointment. Everyone is extremely polite and friendly. Dr. Basille's prices for uninsured procedures, i.e., implant, which I am undergoing, seem reasonable.

I have known Dr. Basil for over five years. He has the heart to listen and advise accordingly. He makes sure you understand what needs to be done and open for discussion. I will recommend Dr Bassil to my friends.

Both my son and I are patients of Dr. Bassil and we are very satisfied with the care we are receiving. I've had numerous procedures and would definitely recommend Dr. Bassil & his staff to my friends. They provide state of the art excellent dental care in a modern, clean & relaxing environment.
