Uncomfortably aggressive selling on the part of front desk and Dentist.
I had a tooth filled; two weeks later the filling came loose. When I tried to schedule to have the dentist look at it, the receptionist pushed me into getting a cleaning too (90$ out of pocket). When I got there I was told the cleaning would actually be a lot more (168$ out of pocket).
Also, the receptionist didn’t actually schedule me to see the dentist that day?!? The dentist wasn’t even there. She just wanted to fill the hygienists schedule.
So I said I didn’t want the hygiene/cleaning appointment because I really just needed my tooth looked at. Then I was treated in an strangely threatening manner and told to “get out, just get out!!!”
This is after I paid (out of pocket/cash) 1230$ for a crown and 430$ for two fillings.
Bad work and bad treatment at this office.
