I met Dr Fu at Brident Dental Orthodontics. He suggested that I needed 2 implants. It was September 2023. Dr. Stone did the surgery. I went through a healing process. So it was December 2023. No implants. I had an appointment on January 26 2024. My appointment was at 11am. I was taken to a room. It was 11;41 am. I was still waiting. 3 hours later I was still waiting. Finally he came in. He had to undo what Dr. Stone had done. He kept pulliing and pulling to the point that I was hurting. He kept asking if I hurt and I said yes. 6 times. I call it neglect. As the numbness wore out. My jaw keeps going out of place. In Murch I had a follow up.(appointment) . A healing process. At 11am. Again. I was taken to a room and waited and waited. I waited An hour and half. Dr. FU was to busy talking to his co-worker on the hallway. For the looks of it he was not that busy. I don't see how can he manage to see 20 to 30 patients a day. Mr Hass, the office manager claims that Dr. Fu is booked solid all day long?
