Tired of being just a number
Came n today with pain on a tooth he worked on back in July 2024 it was actually hurting a month after the procedure so to save ME some money, we had some penicllin. Knocked it out and back to life. This time the penicillin isnt working like before. I go in today apr 13 2025 with a 9am appointment (amazing) Takes an xray and says your nerve is dying and is infected. How could that be...when I already paid you to fix it the first time. His response is typical oh, well it happens sometimes HIS WORDS So I'll give you a referral for root canal therapy, because I don't do that here. He and the staff have always been nice to me. But I have a question for ALL medical dental Dr's.for one even though he caused this issue, I insurance still had to pay for services rendered , but mainly.....why arent these ppl held accountable. IT IS OUR LIVES THEY ARE AFFECTING But instead of a preventitive measure its always, 'pull it or lets remove your gallbladder etc etc..Go elsewhere

Not GOod
1st appointment went ok. Went because toothache, tooth needed pulled. They took x-rays and pictures then told me what all was needed, 1st was to get the tooth pulled. Prescribed antibiotics for 1 week and told me they would call when approved from insurance. 2 weeks later I called they said lady who handles this not there and would call back in 2 days. No one called. 1 week later I called back was told still waiting for approval, I told them I out of antibiotics. She said she would get with Mark he would have to give me new prescription. On hold quite a while then Mark came on the line saying how can I help you? He had no idea like no one had talked to him so I had to start all over. He said insurance takes 4 to 6 weeks and call back if gets to bad and he would prescribe if needled. I called my insurance, they had not been asked for an approval and that it takes 15 days max. I will not go back to this dentist

Just left his office. I did not receive treatment and will not go back. They do not support patients with disabilities. His wife who works in the front office is terrible to have to deal evil person. I would not trust him after meeting him. They canceled my first appointment and could reschedule until 2 months later. Wasted months of time waiting for the appointment.

I have been using Dr Roberts for many years. I have never had a neg experience in his office. He has a good sense of humor and is very professional as is his hygienist. Everyone is very friendly.

He put the dental mold in my mouth and laid my chair back causing the mold gell to run to the back of my throat. Wanted to gag and made me nauseated. I have had dental molds done many times by other dentist and never was I laid back . The chair was always kept in up right position , never made me sick?

Dr. Roberts does not rush through a procedure. He has handled my dental needs since his office first opened. I now have a complete set of dentures and thanks to him and his staff I have my smile back. I would recommend him, but you must be willing to follow the prescribed treatment plan. The only drawback is he will not prescribe Schedule II narcotics for pain.

Dr. Roberts is an excellent dentist. He has not only helped me with my extensive dental problems, he has cared for my entire family, too. His office staff and hygienists are wonderful and professional. My whole tribe has used him for years. I will continue to recommend this dentist's office to others.

Extremely arrogant and inconsiderate. He is concerned with money only and is not at all concerned with patients welfare. He would not prescribe an antiobotic for infection. Said all he would do is pull the tooth. A few years back he pulled a tooth for my husband and it was the wrong tooth. Husband had to go back next day and get the right tooth pulled. Dr Roberts would not pull the right one until my husband paid for the right one to be pulled. Would not recommend dr Roberts to anyone!
