Dr. Mark Powell, DDS

Very unprofessional, he does not care about the kids unless he gets his money. He is all about money, nothing else.

He is not a very nice person and misleads people about the cost. Than wham an even larger amout affter a year or so. His staff pinched my sons lip on two occasions causing a blood blister. His staff him and his daughter are very unproffessional when discussing finances and billing issues in front of all the people in the waiting room. No privacy when rooms have no doors. A big thumbs down for me.

A spacer that was left between the last two teeth upper left side of my 12 yr old son's mouth, got ingrained in his gum tissue pushed by the metallic piece of his braces. The hygienist found it, pulled it out with some bleading involved. I was not happy about the finding. That afternoon when I notified Mark Powell in his office, he dismissively said they 'did nothing wrong' he did NOT own up to their error and did not even offer an apology right away. Made so unhappy!!! Find someone more caring.

Dr. Powell and his staff are exceptional. I am very pleased with the results they were able to achieve. Their office is well appointed and equipped. They are very caring, kind, friendly, and helpful.
