Very Dissatisfied
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Nistra’s office. My daughter went in for a filing, which I had already sent them her recent X-rays beforehand. Despite this, they insisted on taking new X-rays, completely disregarding the ones I had provided. When I spoke to the dentist as to why he took knew X-rays - his story kept changing. This not only wasted my time but also exposed her to unnecessary radiation. It felt like a blatant attempt to bill my insurance for extra services. The girls in the office were very kind and helpful, but I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if they value their health and time!
