Dr. Mark Muncy, DMD

My son unexpectedly needed a tooth pulled, and for a child in fear, this magnified it. Both Dr. Muncy and D.A. Brandi were super kind and loving towards my boy. This is where he began his "tooth journey" and we will continue here. Such a kind, warm, comfortable and safe environment, it's fun for everyone and we always feel Welcome with all questions answered without being rushed.

Let me just tell you how Amazing Dr.Muncy is. He got the job done and is amazing with kids. I highly recommend bringing your child here :)

I am very disappointed with Dr.Muncy. Took my daughter in yesterday for what HE had said needed a small filling. We get in the room and the assistant says we are doing a crown. My daughter had a horrible experience with 2 other prior crowns....so she heard that and began to cry. We were expecting a filling not a crown per his own diagnosis. Dr Muncy would not listen to me, would not give me 5 mins to even try to calm her down....he threw his hands in the air and said "Nope were done". He is a CHILDS dentist for crying out loud!!!! Your gonna have a tear or two but Obviously tears are a deal breaker with his services. He didnt even wanna reschedule her, he said we would reeval at her next cleaning...which would be in dec 2020. Now mind you this cavity needs a crown all of a sudden but he wants to wait another 6 months just because she cried alittle bit.I DONTfeel like he is equipped to work with children! I plan to get a second option.My family will NOT ever return to this practice!!!!

Great staff and very organized when it comes to how they’re handling patients during this pandemic. My kids love this office after their first visit.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! My 2.5 yo daughter had her first exam/cleaning there yesterday and it was amazing! There’s a huge jungle gym and games in the lobby and once you get inside the magic gets even better! The atmosphere is completely geared towards kids having fun and the staff and doctor were so sweet and gentle it made my slightly apprehensive kiddo forget all about her worries. The sugar free soft serve and balloon at the end of the visit had her asking me in the car when she got to go back! Thank you so much Miss Erin and Dr Mark for an amazing first experience!

We love Dr. Muncy! We bring our children here so they will have good dental experiences and not have a fear of the dentist! We have recommended him to others many times!

We think Dr Muncy is awesome. He is quick and gentle and aware of the specific needs of each child. His staff is friendly and the office is set up to make kids feel at ease. We would recommend him to everyone!

My daughter had a fear of dentists after a bad experience somewhere else. We found Dr. Muncy who made us feel so comfortable and at ease and have been more than pleased for almost 13 years now. We drive 35 miles to get to him, and will continue to do so!

Dr. Muncy has been our pediatric dentist for the past 4 years. The entire staff is so friendly and accomodating. Dr. Muncy is funny, engaging, and always answers all our questions. We appreciate his efficiently due to the fact that there is barely time to become nervous before treatments are completed and we are on with our day, with ice cream in hand. He is the best pediatric dentist in Greenville and highly recommended.

I have 5 children. Now 14 and under. We have been going to Dr. Muncy for a little over 10 years now. The staff is friendly and you get in and out FAST! Having a big family, I appreciate that. My kids are always looking forward to their cleanings. Dr. Muncy is so good at distracting them and does his job so quickly my kids can hardly ever tell that they are getting something outside of their regular cleanings done. I highly recommend him to other families.

Dr. Muncy is always rushing to complete work. He pretends to enjoy what he does and has no patience with kids. My child has a phobia after having him work on his teeth. Terrible experience. I would not recommend.

Extremely pleased with the quality of care my son received from the dentist and staff. For a busy mom, thankful we were in and out quickly and pleased with the procedure my son had done. We will be back!

Absolutely horrible experience that has now resulted in my child being terrified of any dentist. Very poor bedside manner and very impatient with children who are afraid and therefore not cooperating as he thinks they should. I take reviews very seriously and even one poor review would make me look elsewhere in regards to a physician of any kind. Heed my advice and look elsewhere. It is not worth having to help your child regain trust in a dentist again.

We have been patients of Dr Muncy's for 15 years now. My kids love to go see him. He's friendly, personable, time efficient, and just a kind happy person in general. The staff is wonderful. The play area and movies help occupy the kids' attention too. Highly reccomend!

My daughter had an emergency with one of her teeth and Dr. Muncy was able to help us so quickly. He was efficient and very compassionate. She has a fear of all doctors, even as a teenager and he made her feel very comfortable. We will be back and would highly recommend him to someone looking for a an excellent pediatric dentist.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Muncy for years and could not be happier with his practice. My son is anxious about pretty much everything but Dr. Muncy's playful manor relaxed him and allowed him to enjoy going to the dentist. In addition, we bring our foster children to Dr. Muncy. These kids come from traumatic backgrounds and have had no dental care but he still makes the experience pleasant for them. I recommend this practice to all of our friends.
