Dr. Mark Kyle, DDS

My visit was fine he made me a guard for my teeth. Told me he took my insurance and billed me an arm and leg. My daughter got full Invisalign, expander and months and months of treatment for less than what he was charging me and a wayy more professional office. His receptionist called me and was very rude over the phone threatening to send it to collections when I had no notice of the bill in the first place. Something fishy is going on with the way the bill things and the practice was completely empty each time i visited. If youre a female I wouldnt feel comfortable being there alone.

The work Dr.Kyle did was great-I got a bite guard in late 2018. My insurance sent me checks for the payment to Dr. Kyle, which I deposited and sent in to pay for the services. Now, suddenly, three years later I am getting the same bill with the claim that I never sent the money from insurance. (I did, I even went back through my bank records to double check). Every time I call the office I get an answering machine, and no one will call me back. The bill is threatening to send this to collections even though it was paid three years ago. So, if you want an office who knows how to bill and manage records, and who actually answers their phone, I cannot recommend this one.

Dr. Kyle is an extremely caring and careful dentist and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful and amazing Dentist. Very personable and friendly and caring. Very trustworthy and I always know he is never doing any unnecessary x-rays or services to make a few extra dollars. The only Dentist I trust. Have been seeing Dr. Mark Kyle 20+ years and have referred many friends and family to him as well!
