Dr. Mark Hendrix, DMD

I've been seeing Dr. Hendrix for about 12-13 years now. He is not in my insurance company's network. I see him and am willing to pay more for this out-of-network provider because of the care I receive at Dr. Hendrix's office. I'm an unusual case because I've had head and neck cancer and radiation therapy to the head and neck. This type of cancer treatment is very destructive to teeth. Dr. Hendrix is very patient, compassionate, and caring. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He and his staff are very professional. I believe he does what he believes is best for his patient. I don't think I've every had to wait more than about 5 minutes or so. I would recommend him to other people.

I called for appointment and was seen in two days. Very friendly, professional and reasonable. The nicest dentist I have ever been seen. I have severe anxiety around dentist and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Excellent dentist, reasonable, compassionate, and very kind. Doesn’t give out narcotic pain killers like candy, which is why the other reviews exist.

He extracted my mothers tooth on a Wednesday. She started having severe pain over the weekend and crying on Sunday from the pain. She called his office Monday at 0700 and was told he couldn't see her until 200 that afternoon "she couldn't be put ahead of scheduled pts." He apologized at her visit and said what else could he She told him next time a pt called with that much pain that he could at least take 5 mins out of his schedule to see that pt as he was in and out of her room numerous times

Please see a real dentist. This man is lazy and practices extremely poor dentistry. He does not take regular x-rays, disinfects only with common household disinfectants and is totally inconsiderate and unprofessional. He keeps patients waiting a ridiculous amount of time for exams while he chit chats with his "buddies" in the next room. I would not send my worst enemy here.

POOR dentistry. Of course, there is not many options in this tiny town, but you should do yourself a favor and drive to a real city to get better service.

My new dentist had to re do lots of fillings. No good. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Hendrix is an excellent dentist and really cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable.
