Dr. Mark Galsterer, DMD

Dr Galsterer does not have a good chairside manner. He is too busy to answer questions and barely talks to his patients. I was in the middle of asking a question and found out he had left the room. I would not recommend anyone go to him. The dental office is run-down and does not look professional. The treatment he gave me was not effective. After spending almost $1,000 (including an overcharge), Dr Galsterer told me he recommends pulling the tooth and referred me to one of his partners. I wish he had told me BEFORE I spent all that money on an ineffective treatment. I was overcharged and am still waiting on a refund. His staff replaced my crown which fell off before I got in my car. They replaced the crown again and it fell off less than a week later. Avoid this doctor.

Wonderful experience with a complex root canal. Dr. Galsterer is extremely skilled, patient, and meticulous. Highly recommended!

I had a root canal with Dr. Galsterer on Monday August 26, 2019. I was a tiny bit concerned because of a previous review I read. Based on my personal experience I found that review to be totally unfounded. He did a excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Two root canal threedays apart. First one was good, second one much more difficult Dr. Seemed frustrated with the degree of difficulty, was going back and forth to other patients. Office staff not good no interest in what was going on.

?Unfortunately, I had a few things that happened during my root canal that only allow me to give Dr. Galsterer and his office a two-star rating. I felt that Dr. Galsterer did an excellent job with my root canal. Very little pain associated with the procedure. But his staff did not put lead on me when they x-rayed me 4 times. I also felt that the office's bedside manner was not very warm and inviting.

I've had two root canals with him. The first was a failed root canal by another dentist. It was infected and awful. Dr. Galsterer fixed it and I haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend him.

Saw Dr. Galsterer for a root canal. He was really quick and efficient and I didn't feel any pain the day of or the next day. I only took aleeve that day and the next day and was eating regularly also, except for really hard foods. Even my regular dentist was surprised at how great of a job he did when I went in to get my crown done.
