Dr. Mark Dawley, DDS

My location closed so I went to this location and was scheduled with Dr. Dawley, He was very curt and abrupt and started 'I won'd to it' when I asked if he would put a bridge in my mouth with a missing tooth. I left knowing I would never return. Two weeks later, I saw a new dentist, who said he could put a bridge in with no problem. This office only seems to be concerned with $$$, not the customer.

Dr. Dawley was great! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but he explained everything very well, made me feel more at ease and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone is very personable. They are understanding of your concerns. Dr. Dawley is very nice and knowledgeable.

The assistant seemed ok. I went for a recement of my crown . Dr Dawley seemed ok initially . He didn’t initially ask me if my bite felt right. Then he went ahead and recemented my crown and asked if it felt right. I said that my bite felt high. He started getting anxious and paranoid and made me tensed. He said that I should have told him earlier, but he didn’t even ask me anything about my bite. He started sighing ,huffing and puffing. Finally he cemented it. I told him that it felt a tight bite. He said it was fine. I just wanted to get done and leave. Will not be going back again.

Dr Dawley has a great “bedside manner” and explains everything about the process to you. He is patient and sensitive to people’s fears about dentistry. He is thorough and it is clear he cares about people.

Great Dentist Great Staff!!!

Went in for my first visit. They took a few X-rays then the dentist looked in my mouth and said everything looks great. When I asked why I wasn’t getting a cleaning, he explained that hygienists are hard to find. Then he said theirs is on vacation this week. Then I went to the front to schedule my cleaning appointment and the lady said she had a cleaning appointment tomorrow or the next day!

The Staff is always so polite and professional. It’s a very comfortable environment, and I’m so happy that I found them through my insurance plan!!
