Dr. Mark Brooks, DDS

I'm shocked to see anything negative on this office! Perhaps, patients have the wrong office location. Emily at the front is wonderful and helpful with insurance questions. Dr. Brooks I've been seeing for years without any issues. The hygienists do a great job and I don't fear coming!

I had to cancel an appointment for a tooth cleaning at the last minute when my doctor scheduled an emergency CT scan upon fears of an embolism in my lung. I received a reply from Dr. Brooks’s office chastising me for inconveniencing them and making it impossible to schedule another patient for the spot. I asked if they valued their bottom line over the life of a patient and received a rude and accusatory reply. Needless to say, my partner and I are both severing our connection with the practice.

I travel fare just to have Mark Brooks work on my teeth. I have tried other dentists closer but none compare on how good and comfortable he works in my mouth. Not too warm and friendly but a very good dentist.

Absolutely no bedside manner. Dr. Is extremely rude and condescending. Hygienists are wonderful. It's unfortunate that his employees want to work for him.
