Dr. Bronsky and his staff are truly exceptional. Not only did he successfully close my open bite, but every visit to his office left me in a better mood than when I arrived. He, along with Drs. Equinda and Silverberg, and his assistants worked seamlessly together throughout my treatment, ensuring every step was handled with precision and care. The only downside to completing my treatment is that I’ll miss sitting in his chair!

I was a patient of Dr. Bronsky’s for nearly a decade. He left me with what appeared to be a cosmetically perfect smile, after painful appliances, my total compliance, and thousands of dollars. He was always charming, polite, and promised I would have perfect teeth. Ten years later, a congenital issue that Dr. Bronsky had guaranteed that he would control for, began to cause me acute pain. I made an appointment. During the consultation, he was inexplicably and unprofessionally hostile. He promised a referral to address my pain. After weeks, he told me that not only would he not refer me (knowing I was in pain) but that he did not “feel comfortable” treating me. It’s now abundantly clear that the treatment I received from his office was wholly inadequate, and his ego outweighed even his duty to care in ensuring I could have pain relief through a dental referral. He made objective mistakes that are inexplicable, including failing to sufficiently expand my mouth to fit all of my teeth.

Nothing is personalized, appts are impossible, the reputation of this practice as being a nightmare and a factory is right on. From appointments to care everything is a 5 step process with mediocre results.

My daughters started their treatments with him approximately a decade ago and my husband and I followed them about two years ago. I recently completed my treatment and all I can say about him and his practice is: I feel that I got the best care for my children and myself. He is professional, trustworthy and a caring person. I am very happy with the results.
