Dr. Mark Barnes, DDS

Went to him for TMJ treatment, spent so much money and got no relief.

I was fine with Dr. Barnes until he sold his TMJ practice without notifying his patients. Suddenly I had a new doctor treating me in an overly familiar way and not seeming to know much about my treatment plan. It was all highly unprofessional.

I'm skeptical of the glowing reviews for this business and yes it's a business, not a health care facility, in my opinion. I was treated with the utmost care up until the time I invested a good amount of money in 2 oral appliances. After that I was dropped like a hot potato. When I tried to make suggested follow up appointments to go over the effectiveness of the apnea device, it was not possible to make any appointments due to computer failure(?). But I was promised a call back when they were up again. When a week passed and no follow through I called again and once I mentioned the need for a follow up appointment was told the system was still down but would get a call back. A week later and an sent email and still no call. My suspension is that the service would be a lot different if I was a new patient that they had not already received my money. Very sad and disappointment by this business and dismayed when reviewers bring Jesus Christ into their reviews???

Dear Jesus Christ, Behind the scene there is an angel hard at work helping the least, the last, the lonely and the lost. Dr. Mark Barnes is much more than a dentist. The man is a God Sent Angel that have helped many a people. My family and I were helped by this Amazing Angel. Amen
