Dr. Mark Altgelt, DDS

It took me at least 3 years to decide or even trust a dentist. The first meeting with the staff at ADCL I knew this was the place for me. The staff is so welcoming, and truly care for their patients as a member of their own family. My experience has been nothing more then amazing and a true blessing from God. I was truly sent Angels, to help me get through a rough time, and I came out with the most beautiful smile ever! The skills and knowledge the staff has to do the level of quality of work is nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend ADCL.

Last year I went to local Kerrville dentist who stated that I needed 6 crowns that would cost over $7,000. I purchased dental insurance to help pay for these procedures. Dr. Mark Altgelt was a preferred provider so I made an appointment. He did take x-rays explaining the teeth in question: yes the fillings were quite old, 35-40 years old but that the teeth did not need crowns at this time. THANK YOU Dr. Altgelt for your honesty!! I highly recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.

Dean Reinhard — 5 star Dr. Mark Altgelt and his staff, Ginny and George, are fantastic. My dentures were made to reflect ME. They walked me thru every procedure. I could not have asked for a more perfect fit. Very little adjustments needed. I have snaps on the bottom and my denture just falls right in place. I never knew you could feel like you aren't wearing dentures. I'm so glad I found Advanced Dental Care. I highly recommend Dr. M

If you want a Dr. that is rude and doesn't listen, this is you man. I saved for years for him to make dentures for me resulting in complete disappointment. He said there may be a few things I can't bite through but the truth is I can't bite through ANYTHING. Not soft bread or even an ice cream sandwich. I have to cut everything into little tiny bites. But I can put my tongue through my upper and lowers while teeth are clenched. I can even put my lower lip between them when closed! RUN from him!
