This dentist office is money hungry and their record keeping... what a joke! We moved out of state and after a year and a half later they called us to say we owed money for a fluoride treatment given over a year and a half ago. There was no text, phone call, or bill sent for a year and a half but now they want the money. They are money hungry and the front desk lady was rude (bring back Sheila, she was the best and had customer service skills). Would not recommend this dentist office!!!!

Dr. Mark and his team have the Best Technology for with 3D analysis. They showed me a bite and crack that other offices couldn't find on two previous visits. Thanks You! Premier Dental of Granville.

Thorough, and Dr. A recommended a new app (free) to keep tabs on subtle changes in gum line and teeth. This was in addition ta a routine cleaning.

Crown came off during check up and cleaning. Some decay present and root canal recommended. Premier Dental doesn't do root canals. Referred to another dentist for root canal procedure, but no appointments available for over 30 day's. Now tooth is exposed until root canal is done, then have to go back to Premier Dental for crown replacement. I don't feel this is Premier Service.

My experience was very good. Dr. Alexandria’s and staff were very professional. They treated me with courtesy and care and they tested me on time.

First time today and in all of my dental visits, this was the best! Allison was an awesome hygienist, Kirsten was an amazing assistant, and Dr. Mark was phenomenal! They all took the time to explain procedures, outline risks and benefits, and put me right at ease. HIGHLY recommend! The front office staff, Sheila, was so kind and welcoming as well! She is like the icing on the cake!

The people here are professional but also compassionate. The work is well done but they also make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend choosing Dr. Mark & his staff to care for your dental needs.

First time to this dentist. Best one I have ever been to in 50+ years of using dentists. Explained everything clearly and patiently. Treated me with respect. Did not talk down to me as many caregivers (Dr, dentists, etc). No blame, no lifestyle lecture. Put me at ease immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I recently had a piece of a molar break off during a weekend. When I called the office on Monday morning, no dentists were working at that location that day, but Sheila called the Johnstown location and was able to secure an appointment for me. After being examined there, I thought I would need a crown put on the tooth. A few days later, I saw Dr. Mark and he decided that he would do a patch filling instead and told me that this would be the best option of treatment. Not only was this a much quicker procedure, it was much less expensive, as well. Due to the location of the broken tooth, it was not an easy place to work. Dr. Mark made sure that I was aware of what he was doing and that I was as comfortable as possible. I have the utmost confidence in the dental work that I receive at Granville Premier Dental.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mark for several years and he’s a great dentist. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I must say though, things have changed over the last year or so. Everyone seems rushed. Floating between multiple patients. Even Dr. Mark pops in does a few things and turns it over to a dental assistant. Staff is often interrupted while with a patient. I miss the feeling that I am the most important person while in the chair. I miss the attentiveness and the direct personal touch from Dr Mark and staff. Beginning to feel a little like a number. I’ll still continue to keep Dr Mark as a Dentist, because he truly is an exceptional dentist. I would just like things to be more like it used to be. Thank You.
