Dr Abel retired; staff are rude
I saw this office with my husband for about 2 years.The DDS and most staff are good, but key people in the office subtly refuse to take care of little things. I was late, the hygienist punished me by refusing to do X-Rays. That is fair, except that I detest X-Rays and they can use X-Rays for up to 5 years. If you do not like a patient, be polite because you might just find your doc getting one of these messages. The previous DDS Dr Abel, was popular and excellent. The new doc bought the practice and as you can see, they refer to themselves as Dr Abel. Nope. No Dr Abel, and be careful or you will get 'the treatment' and save some money on not having to do X-Rays.I left, and took my husband to a nice practice elsewhere.
