Dr. Clifford has been practicing in Cortland since July 2006. She graduated from Cornell University in 2001 and University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2005. She completed the General Practice Residency Program at St. Joseph's Hospital from July 2005 to June 2006.
