Saw here recently through Waller Dental. I have dental problems because of periodontal condition made worse by medication I have to take. She was very rude, as though I didn't care for my teeth. I wouldn't EVER have that woman near me with a drill or extraction tools! She did not discuss her dental plan with me and was only after she left room that I learned from technician that 2 teeth would be pulled next visit. Winningham didn't even bother to discuss with me. NEVER GOING BACK!

Office said I needed a deep cleaning that takes 2 sessions. Asked how much it would cost and they kept coming up with different amounts... each session was done differently because they used 2 different hygienists (one used ultrasonic and one scrapped with tools). Said my insurance company wanted panel xrays even though they did panoramic, they messed up all of the panel xrays (put in my mouth backwards so none developed) then said we would do it next time and they never did it so apparently my insurance company wasn’t that worried about it (I would assume they figured out my insurance would cover it so they were just going to do it and charge) then after getting the billing all figured out and paying in full after each of the 2 appointments they send me a bil for $36... this place is a joke, outdated equipment and a filthy office. Will not be returning.

I been to her 4 times everything she started sent me to a specialist than back to her. I personally felt she created things to make money. She did something to a tooth I felt was totally wrong but trusted her. Cant go back what's done is done
