My dad had pretty much his whole front teeth “fixed”. I was away at time he has them fixed and unaware and when I got back from FL And saw him he looked like a completely different person fromThe crooked coffee stained teeth I was used to and grew up with. So where I went to get a amalgam filling replaced which went smooth and looks good. Need more work and was getting phone number and saw these reviews and was surprised so I was leaving my experience which was nothing like most of the dramatic ones i read

The beginning of February 2022 I was calling Dentist to find out if they could offer the alternative metal dental implant. I am allergic to titanium I need to find a dentist that used Zirconium or ceramic. When I call center for cosmetic dentistry in Concord Township I was told they have a dentist named Dr.Soheili who is vesed in using the alternative products. The first thing I was told I had to do was have a CAT scan of my jaw and see if there’s enough bone to do the implant. I had a CAT scan February 10, 2022 at the cost of $289.80 which I paid for immediately. On February 15, 2022 I met with Dr. Barboza to get the results of my CAT scan. I was told I could not get the dental implant but she insisted she could improve the partial bridge I already had in my mouth. There really wasn’t anything wrong with it but she insisted she couldn’t prove it and I foolishly let her to proceed. She removed my bridge causing me pain and placed a temporary bridge in it’s place. That bridge had a r

I needed a lot of work done and was very nervous. Dr. Barboza and her staff were very caring and considerate. The office was clean and professional. I never waited more then ten minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend!

This place is terrible! I would not recommend anyone this practice. 1) No sense of time. If you don’t care about time, then this place is for you. You schedule an appointment for nothing, cause anyways you have to wait for an hour to be attended. 2) This place does not care about canceling your appointment multiple times, but charge a fee if you cancel on them. 3) These people don’t care for others. They even cancel on you a few hours before your appointment is set. 4) Their schedule is not flexible at all. They cannot accommodate for you at all after being a long term customer.

I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment to have a tooth extracted for 2 weeks, I confirmed the day before, I bet win only to have the doctor give me a bunch of x-rays comment which I already had, then tell me she hurt her hand a couple days ago and won't be able to extract my tooth not to mention wait in the office. I feel as though she just wanted an office visit and x-rays. Not to mention trying to convince me pay for a root canal and said my insurance didn't cover it when it doees

Dr. B and her staff are the best! Always accommodating and go above and beyond! Won't go anyplace else!

First let me start off by saying that I was in EXTREME pain. I called the office, and they seen me that same day! I walked into the office and it was very updated. Smelled wonderful. I was seated, and greeted warmly by Dr. Barboza. The assistant took a xray and Dr. B explained that I needed to have a root canal done. I was very nervous. She was so gentle and painless. The best dental experience I have ever had. Please check her out! You will not be disappointed!

She used my chest as a tray and even when i asked her not to she said she had to, when i pointed out that she had an assistant and a tray table she said she had to leave her instruments on my chest because she was using them "too frequently". She is very rough and I always leave with the corner of my mouth red and tender. Her receptionist will call you and try to fear you in to making appointments even if she is aware of the fact that money is tight. I will not be going back to her.

Difficult to understand, English is the second language. Unfriendly and very impersonal staff and office environment.
