Dr. Margarida Laub, DMD

Went in for some dental work, obviously. She didn't do the tooth properly so it sets too high. went back when they told me to for appointment. they said I was a day early. Tried to get me to reschedule but I work far away and told her it was hard enough getting here as it is. The front receptionist is rude, condescending and is never there. Then when she is there, she acts like she knows everything going on. I will not be going back here. change your receptionist, and Dr. change your attitude. I pay you I am the one that writes your check so I would tell your staff to be a little more professional when addressing someone. I will share my experience with others looking for a dentist as well.

Our family went to this office for a while. We all started dreading our dental visits. Some of the staff was kind and professional, but some were not. Smart remarks, juvenile whispering between the staff, disrespectful, untrustworthy, and unaccommodating for a scheduled appointment. We had to wait almost an hour, then when we said we needed to reschedule due to other scheduled events, 1 staff said "Okay." "I wouldn't have waited this long." they said, "it's my job to keep you here." she said. Grrrr!! We waited an hour to hear that! Just tell me there was another emergency so we can reschedule. When getting a report or recommendation for dental work, the strong accent was definitely challenging. A staff laughed when our new office called for our family's records. Very unprofessional! There's more, but we won't go there. Our family can not recommend, sorry.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Laub. I am very nervous when it comes to dentistry. She was very patient. She really cares how your doing. She helped manage the pain. I didn't feel a thing. Love her! I highly recommend Valley Dental to all. Claudia
