Dr. Margaret Lovett, DDS

Excellent dentist. Seen her for years. My wife and I both see her.

Have been her patient for several years. Generally very satisfied. Dr. Lovett is now semi-retired and clinic under new leadership. I was recently told the reason I needed to pay more than usual for a cleaning was that my insurance was not paying as much as usual. The truth was that they had dropped out of my insurance network without telling me. Had they been honest with me I was ready to change insurance providers to stay at Lovett Clinic but doing business the way they choose is not acceptable.

Been going to her office for close to 20 years. Great experience, excellent staff.

I went in for a cleaning, and the dentist (not Dr. Lovett) remarked on the good condition of my teeth, how clean they were, and then spent quite a bit of time exploring my teeth, scraping, etc.. While she worked, she kept up a running conversation and truly built rapport with me. Billing was problematic as i had given the wrong card, but they called me and got a different insurance card number and that was that. Fabulous place all the way around.

Her office staff is completely incompetent when dealing with insurance claims. It took over a year to get mine paid and she doesn't seem to care about patient satisfaction at all, just paying an extremely low wage for office help.

I've been a patient of Dr Lovett off and on for many years and even though it's sometimes years between visits she never scolds or judges. She's thorough and professional and I'm a very satisfied patient.
