I spent 30k on my smile makeover. He talked about how he goes to Chicago and does seminars for cosmetic dentists during my consultation. I can’t believe this! He ruined all of my teeth so badly I have had to have 4 teeth pulled ! I have had crowns falling out soon after he did the procedure. They all were falling out!!! I am still having nightmares of my teeth falling out every night! He ground down my prepped teeth so small nothing would stay on. Then, all the crowns that have not fallen out all have cavities around the gum line because he did not put the crowns secure around the gums! I have been to 3 different dentist after this and they know he sid something terribly wrong and they just shake their heads!! I now need 7 crown replacements after 3 years that he did all this and spent 30 k !! My dog could have put on better crowns on!!!

There should be a negative star!!! I paid Dr Black thousands to do a root canal, and some work on the tooth next to it. I came back twice with pain and they adjusted my bite. Less than a year later I had extreme pain, and I went back and was told I needed an additional root canal on the tooth next to it. I got a second opinion, and in fact I DID NOT need a root canal on that tooth (which he was going to charge $1500 additional for), I needed his work redone! I went to dr Black’s office and the answer I got from the manager (after I had to walk in and meet her face to face to make her talk to me) was hands in the air “sometimes a root canal fails”. They also referred me to a specialist who confirmed the 2nd opinion, who was a brand new 23 year old dentist by the way! That the tooth Dr Black said needed a root canal on did not. Paid for many services……Dr. Black put two crowns on I was told they would be guaranteed after having to have one removed approximately a year later the other one broke called the office and ask if it was still guaranteed and they told me no I was responsible for the whole payment again. So after thousands of dollars later, everything Dr Black did is now gone or broken. A waste of my money and time. Doesn’t stand behind his word. I was told by many people not to go there I wished I would have listened.

Great Cosmetic Dentistry! I had veneers, crowns and bridges work done and couldn't be happier with the result. My smile makeover was amazing. Dr. Black really made my smile beautiful again. I feel 20 years younger:)

My veneers are awesome! I had a smile makeover done by Dr. Black and I couldn't be happier. It's really changed my confidence at work and the amount of compliments I received and still receive on my smile is an added benefit. Highly recommend!

It is a shame that these reviews do not have to be verified. My family has been going to Dr. Black for over 5 years. He saved us thousands of dollars in dental work and fixed the issues that no local dentist could. His staff is kind and courteous. He is incredible.

awesome dentist and office

Does not listen. Nothing is his fault. When I mentioned how much money & time it had taken (months) to fix something he messed up his only response was that yes he has put lots of time into it as well. My family put up with this for over 10 years. This is my fault. Run away. Disrespectful. Misleading.

Terrible. I will never go back there. Be careful, way overpriced, staff is incredibly rude, and it seems like none of them know what they're doing. Including the dentist himself.

I have Dr. Black on many occasions over the last 20 years. I have always found him and his staff to be very professional and friendly.
