My visit was painless. I chose to have Novacane in lieu of sedation with my procedure. I had no discomfort throughout the implant. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ortega and I was very impressed with how thorough, knowledgeable and professional he and his entire staff are. I received excellent care and look forward to my next cleaning appointment.

I have only been there a few times and, if I am honest with myself, I have not taken the best care of my teeth in recent years. The staff there have all been wonderful and there has been no judgment. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it is less stressful because of that warm atmosphere. Plus they play the good tunes over the speaker system.

Dr Ortega is friendly and attentive but also a master craftsman. He is a perfectionist but patient, too. Plus his staff is equally friendly and skilled.

Everyone in the office was so friendly. Dr. Ortega was very professional and thorough with my examination and I felt that he really listened to my concerns about my teeth. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

He was ready to see me, wasn’t rushed and answered my questions. He did tests no other dentist has ever done. His staff was friendly and courteous. The TV screen to watch sports while he checked my teeth was awesome.

Very mindful of safety during pandemic.Full PPE. Added 5 HEPA filter machines throughout office to perform 3 air exchanges an hour! Excellent treatment ,service . Efficient. Terrific staff. Felt quite secure getting care during these stressful times.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ortega‘s for about three years now. He has performed complex treatments, referred me to excellent specialists, and his hygienists have cleaned my teeth better than any office I’ve been to. I appreciate this that his office is run in a timely and smooth manner! His demeanor is calm, friendly and I am thankful that he “gets in and gets out!” My most recent visit was an emergency, under COVID-19 rules. His staff employed all protocols for safety and a few extra that were explained to me. I felt EXTREMELY comfortable and safe for the two hour treatment. Dr Ortega is amazing. His dental assistant and he work so well together and as much as I dislike dental work, they made the treatment about as comfortable and fast as it could possibly be.

I was being fit for a temporary crown and worked on to get the tooth prepped for the permanent crown, Dr Ortega proceeded to numb the tooth and he is so gentle that he numbs you slowly making sure he doesn’t hurt you . Is so great having Dr Ortega as my dentist.

Every visit had always been a blessing for over 25 years. I've had many dentists and Dr. Ortega is by far the absolute best for all your needs!
