Our child presented with some anxiety issues and this dentist thought it was permissible to ask me ( his dad) if “everything was alright at home”. An unsolicited question like that is quite presumptuous of her boundaries.

We were referred to this dentist by my son's dentist because he needed to have a few teeth removed. We were so blown away by how awesome this dentistry was that we completely switched to them for all our teeth needs. It is so kid friendly and kid centered. My son loves going to the dentist now! And there's a Keurig!

Dr. Marcy Pitcher has always taken the time to explain any details thoroughly, and responded to questions with patience and respect for the parent’s and child’s perspectives. My now 20 year old was dissatisfied with the results of her orthodontic results and expressed this to Dr Pitcher. Instead of defending the orthodontist as many would, Dr Pitcher validated my daughter’s concerns and offered to write a letter relaying the concerns from a medical perspective. She did & sent us a copy! ??

Our experience with Dr. Pitcher and Dr. Rosen has been everything we could ask for in a Pediatric Dentist. Both doctors are friendly and warm, patient with our sensory-processing disorder/anxious child, and consistently take the time to inform and assure us as parents.
