Very professional, knowledgeable and nice.

The most unprofessional staff at a medical office I've ever witnessed! Maybe they are short staffed, but they never answer the phone so it took a while to get an appointment. The day before the appointment I get a text from an unknown number saying "I've been trying to get a hold of you to confirm a 10 o'clock appointment before I give it to someone else!". i had No voicemail or email or texts from this person prior! This was after I filled out all the pre-appointment information online. Did not say who they were, it was so tacky! Not greeted in the office. The doctor did not tell my daughter what he was doing to her nor did they give her any aftercare instructions. My daughter felt uncomfortable the whole time. Hopefully he did good work, we will find out at her next dentist appointment with a different doctor!

My daughter traveled 2 hours to see this dentist for. Crown … he started the procedure and was very rude and hateful to my daughter belittled her for not being able to open her mouth to his liking he compared her to other people and made her feel terrible….he then called her a child and she needed. A child specialist … she is 19 and going to college for dental hygienist Really ???? Be glad I can’t get to this unprofessional man I called and they won’t answer me I WOuldnt take my enemy here

Dr. Susman and his staff are friendly, professional, and accessible.

Highly unprofessional - on multiple occassions my family and I have received very unprofessional, very poor service from this office. I have experienced this first-hand as well as observed their interactions with other patients. Samantha at the front desk will often laugh at patients, hang up on them, and is generally very poor at her job. Even though the front desk is an entry level position they should take more care in their hiring.

Dr. Susman is an excellent dentist. I have been with him and his Tulsa office for about 20-25 years. Wonderful since of humor. The Dental Technicians are always very nice and have been expertly trained. The receptionist always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming to the office. Highly organized staff.
