I had a good experience with Dr Hertzberg. He explained the procedure and what to expect afterward. He and his assistant were pleasant, and his office also called that evening to see how I was doing.

WONDERFUL practice! Staff is very professional and timely. Dr. Hertzberg and his team are wonderful! Would def. return to this office for any future RCT!!

I was very anxious to have a root canal. My experience was so much better than I anticipated. I didn’t feel a thing and the procedure was fast.

His attitude is terrible. Uncaring and obnoxious. His work is maybe fair if that. Unprofessional and so is his staff, as he and they made snide remarks about people right in front of patients. Always seemed in a hurry to get done. I wish I never called his office. I still have problems with my tooth but will not return to him again as he doesn’t seem to care.
